All prices are exempt from GST.

We reserve the right to make ant changes to prices at any time.

Sale conditions remain valid if preceeding arangements have been regularly acquited within the agreed terms. Materials sold with property reserve up to integral payment.

Please note:

Delivery ex warehouse/factory
Payment by cheque first delivery
Goods travel at total risk/danger of buyer
No returned goods will be accepted if not previously authorised

Eventual returned goods should travel carriage free/free port and be accompanied with detailed invoice to which goods refer.

Delivery terms are informative and possible delays will not give rise to protest. They remain subject to:

cases of major force, including:

strikes
accidents
breakdowns of machinery
delivery in supplying materials &
raw materials coming from other suppliers

Packing is fee of charge and is supplied in standard boxes. Special packing for export purposes can be arranged.
